Terms of Use
Agreement
These Terms govern your use of the MindForge app and related services (the “Service”), operated by Weavo, Kerkhoflaan 1, 9761 CV Eelde, Netherlands (info@weavo.nl). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service
MindForge provides short cognitive practice sessions in working memory, problem solving and pattern recognition, for entertainment and self-improvement practice. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition, and does not measure or change IQ. Results vary. For medical questions, consult a healthcare professional.
Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract where you live and meet any minimum age set by the App Store or Google Play.
Account
- You sign in with Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In.
- You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.
- You can delete your account in Settings → Delete account; this removes your account and server data as described in our Privacy Policy.
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload or misuse the API, manipulate scores, or use the Service unlawfully.
Free tier and MindForge Pro

Pricing: €4.99 per month or €39.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial (once per account). The price and trial shown in the App Store or Google Play at purchase apply.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google and renew automatically until cancelled. Payment, renewal, cancellation and refunds follow the store’s terms. Cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings. We do not process card payments.
Advertising
The free tier may show Google AdMob ads only on the Home screen and between sessions. There are no rewarded ads. Pro subscribers do not see ads.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break security or access other users’ data, use the Service to make medical claims or give clinical advice, or circumvent subscription or ad rules. We may suspend or end access for violations.
Intellectual property
The MindForge name, branding, exercises and software belong to Weavo or its licensors. These Terms grant no rights beyond the license above.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that practice will improve any specific cognitive outcome. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Weavo is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for intent or gross negligence.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Dutch law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence and may bring claims in your local courts.
Changes
We may change the Service or these Terms. The current version is always at mindforge.weavo.nl/terms. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept it, where the law allows.
Third-party services
Apple and Google provide sign-in, billing and ads under their own terms and privacy policies.
